Overview:
Paul Goldsmith is a recent graduate from the University of Coventry's Product and Automotive Design course. The site is his online artwork portfolio, showing work from various design projects, his industrial placement and more light-hearted personal sketches. The site design is Paul's and aims to show his artwork against a clean neutral backdrop while still highlighting some of his personal style.
Paul has no training in HTML and it's perceived limitations - a state I deliberately tried to maintain, allowing him to design to his preferences and leave the technical details to me. The result was a technical challenge but one I am proud of as it maintains his original vision while achieving almost perfect w3c compliance and cross-browser compatibility without resorting to using images and highly complex layout.
